Psalm 119:113-120

Application              You are my hiding place and my shield

Today’s Prayer

Father, this stanza is such an encouragement. It gives us hope Lord. Thank You Lord that You are our refuge, hiding place and shield (Psalm 119:114). Forgive us Father, as a nation and as Your church for straying from Your decrees, we only fool ourselves (Psalm 119:118). There will come a time when the originator of sin and deceit will be thrown into the lake of fire, Lord, until then, we trust You to get evil-mindedness out of our life, as we obey Your commands (Psalm 119:115).
